What Sevio is
Sevio is an AI companion you talk to. This policy describes exactly what data the app touches, where it goes, and what never leaves your device.
Account
You can sign in with e-mail and password, Google, or Apple, or continue as a guest. We store your e-mail address and authentication identifiers with Firebase Authentication (Google Cloud). Guests can browse, but AI features require an account.
Your conversations
Messages you send are transmitted to our server and forwarded to AI providers to generate the reply: text is processed by DeepSeek, and photos or files you attach are processed by Google (Vertex AI). Messages are used to produce the response; we do not sell them or use them for advertising.
Photos and files
A photo or file you attach is sent once, for the purpose of answering you, and is not stored on our servers. It is transmitted to the AI provider for that single analysis.
Voice
Speech-to-text runs entirely on your device using the operating system's recognition. Your audio is never uploaded anywhere; only the text you choose to send is sent.
Memory ("Get to know me")
Long-term memory is off by default. If you turn it on, Sevio keeps short factual notes about you (for example your name or interests) in your own account space so replies can be personal. You can see every stored note in the app, delete any single note, or erase all of them at any time. Turning memory off stops both reading and writing.
Usage metering
We keep per-account counters (message and token counts) to enforce fair-use quotas. These contain no message content.
Data deletion
You can delete your account inside the app (Sign out dialog → "Delete my account"). Deletion removes your authentication record and your stored data, including memory notes and usage counters. You do not need to contact support, but info@i-shim.com will help with any request.
Children
Sevio is rated 17+ and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.

Sevio nedir
Sevio, konuştuğun bir yapay zekâ yoldaşıdır. Bu politika uygulamanın hangi veriye dokunduğunu, verinin nereye gittiğini ve neyin cihazından hiç çıkmadığını anlatır.
Hesap
E-posta ve şifre, Google veya Apple ile giriş yapabilir ya da misafir olarak devam edebilirsin. E-posta adresin ve kimlik doğrulama tanımlayıcıların Firebase Authentication'da (Google Cloud) saklanır. Misafirler gezebilir; yapay zekâ özellikleri hesap gerektirir.
Konuşmaların
Gönderdiğin mesajlar sunucumuza iletilir ve cevabın üretilmesi için yapay zekâ sağlayıcılarına aktarılır: metinler DeepSeek, eklediğin fotoğraf ve dosyalar Google (Vertex AI) tarafından işlenir. Mesajlar cevabı üretmek için kullanılır; satılmaz, reklam için kullanılmaz.
Fotoğraf ve dosyalar
Eklediğin fotoğraf veya dosya, sana cevap vermek amacıyla bir kez gönderilir ve sunucularımızda saklanmaz.
Ses
Konuşma tanıma tamamen cihazında çalışır. Ses kaydın hiçbir yere yüklenmez; yalnızca göndermeyi seçtiğin metin gönderilir.
Hafıza ("Beni Tanı")
Uzun dönem hafıza varsayılan olarak kapalıdır. Açarsan Sevio, cevapların sana özel olabilmesi için hakkında kısa olgusal notlar (örneğin adın, ilgi alanların) tutar. Saklanan her notu uygulamada görebilir, tek tek veya tamamen silebilirsin. Hafızayı kapatmak hem okumayı hem yazmayı durdurur.
Kullanım ölçümü
Adil kullanım kotaları için hesap başına sayaçlar (mesaj ve token sayıları) tutulur. Bunlar mesaj içeriği taşımaz.
Veri silme
Hesabını uygulamanın içinden silebilirsin (Çıkış penceresi → "Hesabımı Sil"). Silme; kimlik kaydını, hafıza notlarını ve kullanım sayaçlarını kaldırır. Destekle iletişime geçmen gerekmez; yine de info@i-shim.com her talebe yardımcı olur.
Çocuklar
Sevio 17+ olarak derecelendirilmiştir; çocuklara yönelik değildir.
